Jack Bouroudjian
H. Jack Bouroudjian is chairman of Bull & Bear Partners, a financial services holding company based in Chicago. He is the host of the syndicated program “The Jack B. Show”, a regular commentator on CNBC, author of “Secrets of the Trading Pros” (Wiley, 2007) and a columnist for Townhall Finance.
Previously, Mr. Bouroudjian served as senior vice president of equity futures for Nikko Securities, the second-largest securities firm in Japan, and Credit Agricole Futures, a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Agricole, the 17th-largest bank in the world. He was also president of Commerz Futures, a subsidiary of Commerz Bank, the fourth-largest bank in Germany. He served on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Board of Directors from 1996-2002, where he acted as chairman or co-chairman of several educational, product and regulatory committees during his term.

Howard Marella
Howard Marella is a 30 year veteran who started on the floor of the CBOT in 1981. Howard has been a member and floor trader of both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade. Howard served on several committees which helped bring technology to the trading floor. He is currently President of Index Futures Group. Throughout his career, Howard has been a featured speaker at futures expos across the country and is quoted in numerous newspapers and industry websites. Additionally, Howard provides commentary for several business radio stations and has done multiple webinars for exchanges.
Greg Hadley
He is currently president of Bull & Bear Institute, a leading source for stock, futures and options trading education, which he co-founded. Greg is a well-rounded futures and options expert with nearly 30 years of experience trading at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange and the Hong Kong Futures Exchange. He has served as vice president of Asian derivatives for both SG Warburg and Salomon Brothers, worked for a convertible bond hedge fund and is the founder of a successful high-frequency trading operation. Greg holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Arun Umapathy
Co-Founder of Bull and Bear Institute. Arun has highly developed skills in everything from Information Technology to active trading and mentoring. It is almost a cliche that people with highly developed technical skills often thrive when they decide to approach the capital markets. Arun is a poster child for that. Having graduated from Indiana University, he left the software development business to tackle what had become a passion for the markets. A great believer in education, and having been exposed to the markets for the last ten years, he was well equipped to develop a platform for individual investors and active short-term traders. He knew from experience, the best way to learn was by doing.
Tom Henrich
Tom has over 35 years experience in the derivative, futures, and securities markets. He started as an independent trader of the CBOE and CBOT for twenty years. He has founded many companies and strategies, including: SpideRocTrading LLC Vol Hedge Fund, Ithaka Partners Algorithmic Spread Trading LLC, Gladiator Trading Group LLC, Stock and options (25 traders), Venture Syndicate, raised 30 million , returned 80 million in 7 years, and Cassandra Group LLC, sub clearing entity of ING Securities (over 100 traders).
Steve Moran
Steve began his career in 1984 at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, where he worked as a price reporter, then an OEX brokerage phone and pit clerk. He found his way to KC-CO LLC, where he began as a clerk and eventually became a partner. After trading the OEX for 14 years, Steve migrated to the CME to trade S&P options electronically. He is currently an options expert at the Bull & Bear Institute.
John Monckton
John was an Aviation Electrician in the US Navy for five years to which one of those years he was very instrumental during Desert Storm. After the Navy in 1992 John was hired as a runner at the Chicago Board of Trade. Stepping up, John was promoted as a clerk in the Bond Options for one year. John transferred to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange starting as a clerk in the Eurodollar pit and within three years he worked his way up as a broker. John traded from his personal account in the S&P 500, NASDAQ, RUSSEL 2000, and the MID-CAP 400 pits. In 2001 John went back to the Eurodollar pit and managed a brokerage firm for Spike Futures. One year after that John started a very successful brokerage firm in the Back Months within the Eurodollar pit. John eventually left the floor to trade on the computer. He is also a seasoned educator, having mentored many up and coming traders become successful. Currently, John trades the S&P and MID-CAP 400, and is a futures expert at Bull and Bear Institute.
Erik Long
Erik Long has been active in the study of evolutionary feedback systems since his days at UCLA, CSU and the University of London. Erik is the inventor of Fractal Finance and Fractal Finance CUBED and holds US copyrights and patents on the software. These are market indicator toolboxes based on fractals and Chaos theory. He is also one of the developers of SWARM, a high-frequency arbitrage model. Erik founded Tetrahex in 1996 as a forum to discuss the evolution, entropy, and fractals of the financial markets. In October 2006, Tetrahex was acquired by a publicly traded company. In late 2006, Erik formed a consulting company called Quantrade. The company specializes in trading technology development and applications. From 2000 to 2002, Erik worked as a consultant for a proprietary trading firm at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He was responsible for architecture of algorithmic trading programs, as well as non-linear methodologies for Nexbridge, a software development firm and thinktank.
Mr. Long has been featured in the numerous issues of Futures Magazine and Stocks and Commodities magazine. He was sponsored member of the New York Academy of Sciences in November, 1997 and listed in Who’s Who in America in 2003. Erik is currently the Chief Executive officer of Quant Trade, LLC and Quant Trade Technologies, Inc. As well as a systems and algorithmic trading expert for the Bull and Bear Institute, LLC.
